Spreemo Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Raz Winiarsky, M.D., to Speak at the 71st Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference

NEW YORK (August 19, 2016) – Dr. Raz Winiarsky, Chief Medical Officer of Spreemo, the healthcare analytics platform that facilitates better patient care through innovative clinical research and data science, will speak on the dynamic panel “All That Glitters: Just What Are the Gold Standards Now in Diagnostic Testing—and What Relics are Made up of Only ‘Fool’s Gold’?” at the 71st Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference this week in Orlando, Florida.
Alongside Dr. Winiarsky, who is also a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Chairman of Orthopedics at Interfaith Medical Center, the panel will include speakers from Midwest Occupational Health and Sedgwick – all coming together to uncover what people need to understand about diagnostic testing in order to act as informed consumers and payers.
Dr. Winiarsky will discuss new research that assesses diagnostic accuracy and quality variability among providers, and highlights the importance of choosing the right provider in order to get the right diagnosis, to get on the right treatment path, and to get better outcomes.
