Presenting on the variability in diagnostic imaging and how to form a currency of quality for diagnostic imaging

NEW YORK (August 1, 2016) – Allon Yosha, Director of Provider Partnerships at Spreemo, a leading healthcare company providing evidence-based quality metrics and predictive analytics to facilitate high-quality patient care, will present on “How to Cure the Ills of Commoditization: Understanding and Achieving a Consensus on Quality” to an audience representing management at all levels of hospital imaging departments, freestanding imaging centers, and group practices.at AHRA’s 44th Annual Meeting and Exposition, which will be held this week in Nashville, Tennessee.

Yosha’s session will discuss trends in radiology, and how new research analyzing patient data and diagnostic accuracy can help to differentiate providers on the basis of quality, and combat the trend towards commoditization.

“In today’s competitive healthcare environment, radiology practices compete for patients based on cost, when the focus should be on enhancing quality care and patient outcomes,” said Yosha.  “Incorporating value-driven tactics into radiology practices can combat the perception that all MRIs are the same and change how radiology is practiced and perceived.”

Yosha will speak on day four of the convention, Wednesday, August 3, at 10:00 a.m. (CST) at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.  More information about the event can be found online.
